FundRoute AI collects business contact and commercial-finance request information to receive, securely store and route requests to participating independent finance providers for human review.
We may collect names, business names, contact details, province, equipment type, requested financing amount, annual revenue, years in business, self-reported credit profile, application status and follow-up notes. We use this information to manage requests, communicate, route opportunities, secure the service and maintain appropriate business records.
We seek consent when a request is submitted. Relevant application information may be shared with participating independent finance providers, including EasyLease. FundRoute AI is not a lender and does not make lending decisions.
Applicant records are stored in a private Canadian-hosted database. Public database reads are disabled. Partner access is protected, access attempts are rate-limited, and security events are logged without placing applicant contact details in those security logs.
We retain records only as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and legal or operational requirements. You may request access to or correction of personal information, subject to applicable law.
