FundRoute AI is a technology, intake and referral platform. It does not lend money, approve or decline financing, set rates or guarantee funding. Independent finance providers make their own decisions.
Users must provide accurate information they are authorized to provide and may not use the service for fraud, unauthorized data access or other unlawful purposes.
Paid partner plans recur according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Stripe processes subscription payments. Lead volume, approval volume and revenue are not guaranteed.
Partner dashboard access codes are confidential and should not be reused from another service. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundRoute AI is not responsible for independent-provider decisions, delayed or rejected financing, or indirect losses. These Terms are governed by Alberta law and applicable Canadian law.
